I am currently a Sales Engineer for an email technology firm, allowing organizations to provide open-time personalization technology for email marketing professionals.
I enjoy communication, and technology, and thrive at the intersection of the two. Outside of work I am devoted to new experiences through frequent travel and culinary excursions. Samplings of both can be found in the Instagram link in the top navigation menu.
Outside of my current professional role, I provided management for independent music labels as well as being a featured artist and contributor for a handful of publications and broadcasts. Previously heavily committed to black-and-white film photography but have since stayed out of darkrooms in favor of re-exploring digital/color photography a second time after a brief period doing intermittent freelance work from 2005-2008.
I have recently joined Liveclicker as the organization's first dedicated Sales Engineer. I look forward to bringing my knowledge and experience in the email marketing technology to an exciting and dynamic group of professionals.

Helped plan and coordinate RoseBud Technologies' migration from a standalone Microsoft Small Business Server 2003 platform to Microsoft Essential Business Server running in a fully virtualized Hyper-V environment in Windows Server 2008. These tasks included management and migration of existing users and groups, ActiveDirectory roles, Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server, and migration of Microsoft Exchange 2003 environment to Microsoft Exchange 2007. Taks also included use of System Center Essentials to maintain and monitor existing network infrastructure.
Handled support for RoseBud Technologies own clients, deploying and serving Microsoft Server hosts and Microsoft Vista based clients in local small-business deployments.
Analyzed customer technical issues through the store's walk-up Genius Bar.
